Refund policy

We GUARANTEE your satisfaction with a 90-day return policy for any pickup or pickup set. This does not apply to our accessories, wiring harnesses, or apparel/garments. If you are not 100% satisfied and excited to be a part of the Lambertones family, we will refund the purchase price of your pickup(s); as long as your returned order is within 90 days of the original delivery date. We will refund the original payment method once they are returned to us with an approved RMA and are in original good working and aesthetic condition.

***Note: This return policy only applies to pickups purchased directly through the Lambertones online store 'www.lambertones.store', our 90-day guarantee does not apply to any dealer/builder orders and are subject to their individual dealer/builder refund policies.

Returned non-functioning product(s) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In general, if the malfunction was caused by user/installer error it is not covered by our lifetime warranty and is not eligible for a refund. Each coil that needs re-winding because of the user/installer error is subject to a minimum $50 fee per coil.

  • Loaded Pickguards are non-refundable
  • All canceled orders are subject to a 5% penalty fee. 
  • All garment/apparel orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. No size exchanges are supported.

Please only ship us your pickup set with prior approval. 


TO Submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, 
and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy
the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit
verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items
that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping,
then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
